During the free beta
FlavorFlow AI is currently free during early access — nothing is charged and no payment methods are collected. This policy applies once paid plans launch.
One-time purchases
- Full refund if your 30-day content system was never generated.
- If generation failed repeatedly and we could not fix it, you get a full refund.
- If your plan was generated correctly, refunds are handled case by case within 7 days of purchase.
Subscriptions
- Cancel anytime — no cancellation fees.
- After cancelling, your access continues until the end of the period you already paid for.
- We do not auto-charge without notice.
How to request
Email [contact email] with your account email and what happened. We aim to respond within 2 business days and process approved refunds to your original payment method.
